Our shipping policy is designed to provide a seamless shopping experience, with reliable delivery options and clear timelines. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and we offer various shipping methods to ensure your products arrive in a timely manner. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We also provide tracking information for all shipments so you can stay updated on your order’s journey.
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details:
- Name of the recipient
- Name of the Building/Colony (If applicable)
- Flat number/House number
- City, State and Pin Code
- Landmark
- Contact Number
- Email Address
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with rates and delivery times varying based on your location and the items in your order.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping destination.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping options may take 1-3 business days for delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 12 pm IST will be processed the same day, orders placed after 12 pm IST will be processed the following business day.
- We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package.
Perr Cherry will attempt to deliver one time. If the said delivery is not successful, customer shall be charged for redelivery in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
- Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
- Refusal to accept products
- Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
- Incorrect contact details disabling the delivery personnel to reach the customer
- Force majeure event or civil disturbances event
- Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically emailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by Perr Cherry are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same.
Depending on the product availability, few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.
For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where specific delivery time-frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 15 days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order.
Perr Cherry reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel orders at any time including but not limited to orders that are incorrectly priced or which Perr Cherry believes are harmful to the company or any of its suppliers or vendors.
Does Perr Cherry ship outside India?
At present Perr Cherry ships only to India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned.
