Your points expire after 1 year of inactivity. In this context, inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any points within the selected time frame.

The points value of the returned product will be debited from your overall balance (as if you hadn't made the purchase at all).

Perr Cherry reserves the right to deactivate any loyalty account for suspicion of fraud. Selling points, circular referrals and/or fake referrals to accumulate points outside the parameters of the program framework are considered fraud. There is a zero tolerance policy. Any member suspected of partaking in activities such as these will be deactivated and blocked from the program indefinitely.
