Return Eligibility
You can return most items purchased on our website within 5 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
- Items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels are still attached.
- You include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
If you’d like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Reach Out to Us: Email our friendly customer service team at care@perrcherry.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, making sure to include any accessories and the return authorization number.
- Ship it Back: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Store Credits
After we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue you store credit for the full value of the item. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue your store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at care@perrcherry.com. We’ll take care of it right away and arrange for a replacement or store credit.
